This piece is thrown from wood fire b-mix with a lot of grog, a high fire white stoneware body.
I thoroughly enjoy making these stretched pieces. The set up is very intentional, then the work is allowed to organically become it's own piece.
It measures 11 inches tall and 7.25 inches wide
Fired to cone 11 in Big Magic Anagama
