Firing Opportunity
Interested in participating with us for the next firing of Big Magic?Before Choosing an option, ensure you thoroughly review each one and understand the requirements associated with it. This will help you to make an informed decision and avoid any potential issues later.
Option 1: $45/cubic ft. 
Requires:
- splitting a minimum of one hour for up to two cubic feet. Any additional cubic feet is 15 minutes per cubic foot.
- one session (6 hours) stoking crew, a shift may not be split
- all work going into the kiln must be wadded, wadding will be provided
- All glazed work must have a cookie under it. We do not provide cookies.
- present to help grind, wash, stack shelves and/or bricks after kiln is unloaded, no work may be taken until this is complete.
- all work needs to be dropped off and ready on first day of loading by noon
- All work must be bisque fired
Option 2: $70/ cubic ft.
Requires:
- NO wood splitting
- one session (6 hours) stoking crew, shifts may not be split
- All glazed work must have a cookie under it, we do not provide cookies
- all work going into the kiln must be wadded, wadding will be provided
- present to help grind, wash, stack shelves and/or bricks after unloading. No work may be taken until this is complete
- all work needs to be dropped off and ready on first day of loading by noon
- All work must be bisque fired
Option 3: $90/cubic ft.
Requires:
- NO wood splitting
- NO stoking shift
- NO shelf grinding, washing shelves, stacking shelves and/or
bricks required - All glazed work must have a cookie under it, cookies are not provided
- all work going into the kiln must be wadded, wadding will be provided
- all work needs to be dropped off and ready by noon on first day of loading
